Make a Complaint

If you are unhappy about any aspect of how we process your data you have a number of options available to you. Firstly, we would request that you notify us directly. You can send an email to cabramedical@outlook.com and we will respond to you as soon as possible. You can also dowload, fill out and send to us the GDPR Complaint Form under the GDPR Forms page on our site.

Please provide your name and address, details of how to contact you, and as much information about the complaint as you have. We will investigate the matter fully and respond to you within a reasonable timeframe. We will also look to fix whatever the issue is where possible.
